Forgot your password? Reset it from the login screen — we'll email a one-time link. Want to delete your profile? Settings → Account → Delete profile. Need to change your email or phone? Settings → Account → Contact info.
Selfie verification is a 5-second liveness check that confirms the person on the profile is the same person holding the phone. If your verification is rejected, retake it in good lighting facing the camera directly. Most rejections are due to poor lighting or face partially obscured.
TrueArrangement is free to join. Premium features (boosted visibility, advanced filters, read receipts) are pay-as-you-go credits — no auto-renewing subscriptions. Cancel any premium feature in Settings → Billing without losing your account.
